DYL was established in year 2019 as a construction firm. The primary focus is serving multinational service providers and property management firms and individuals with various services related to civil construction, steel works and road works. to develop a customer service business philosophy. Proactive and timely customer service is the backbone of the company. All employees, owner, office staff, project managers and field personnel aim to please.
DYL helps client’s design, build and logistics through a network of facilities. DYL provides quality services and products.

I am HM King Anthony S. Martin, Jr., I am an Indian/Chinese investor and part owner of DYL company. Also Chairman of the committee of 300 and ASBLP group of companies and bank of ASBLP.
My Mission is for Humanity (Humanitarian charity and Humanitarian economic development program) all around the world especially for the people of the Philippine Island through the help of DYL Company and the Benefits of this program are Free Housing, Health insurance, Life insurance, Education insurance, and Business Capital.

EVALUATION AND PROMOTION
Promotion process is based on the results of periodic performance evaluation of its staff (labor performance).
Promotion is a good business practice and it has been a powerful motivator tool. Internal promotion policies have generated remarkable results through the recognition of individual merit and improve moral of task force.
Based on the result of evaluation the following action is taken:
- Re-training (if labor found to be under -achieving)
- Relocation (if found the labor is not fit for the job)
The annual appraisal od employees enables the management to identify the individual’s requirements training. all department managers mandatorily establish a training plan.
Every labor of the organization is given ample opportunity to enhance his career and personal development.
Labor orientation program effectively integrates the newly recruited labor into the organization and assist them with the following:

- Payment of salary till last working days
- 2 months basic salary as leave salary

SAFETY AND SECURITY
The responsibility of labor of health and safety falls on the safety managers and supervisors.
Safety managers helps in coordinating safety programs, making labor aware about the health and safety policy of the company, conduct formal safety training.
Supervisor and departmental heads are responsible for the maintaining of safe working condition and working environment.
Responsibilities of the Departmental Managers are:
- monitor of health and safe of labor
- coach labor to be safety conscious
- investigate accidents
- communicate about safety policy to labor
Responsibilities of supervisor/departmental heads:
- Provide technical Training regarding prevention of accidents
- coordinate health and safety programs
- train employees on handling facilities and equipment
- develop safety reporting system
- maintaining safe working condition and working environment
6. LABOR SATISFACTION SURVEYS
Labor satisfaction surveys are conducted to measures and understand the labor force attitude, opinions, motivation and satisfaction.
7. PERSONNEL RECORDS
Personnel files contain materials that that is necessary and relevant to the administration of the labor personnel program.
